We are not just about therapy, we help people who take responsibility for their lives to be the best that can be made, focusing on a healthy and happy mind. Workshops, awareness programs and research are other areas where Mindnifisant is involved and engaged in.

We also specialize in organization behavioral analysis, raising employee productivity unlike the usual HR managers / corporate counselors / consultants. However we DO NOT do an assessment of Psychological Disorders.

Amala Ramesh is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Psychology & Research. An inquisitive and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker, she is a certified psychotherapist, regression and hypnotherapist with an IMDA license to practice in over 128 countries around the world. She is a trained Life Skills trainer, a Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper as well as a Yoga instructor. Her passion is to make in impact on society through inculcation of a wellness oriented mindset among her clients.
Amala is a sports enthusiast and loves to put pen to paper to express her thoughts. She lives in Bangalore with her grandmother and 8 birds- trained by her to provide therapy to clients. She is also a certified dog trainer and loves to include her pets in her therapy sessions should clients need it.
Ritika Mitra is a graduate from University of Delhi, with a specialization in Clinical Therapy and Applied Behavioural Analysis. She is a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with an IMDA license to practice in over 128 countries around the world. She has also been certified by National Institute of Disaster Management, in Disaster Risk Management. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Therapy, and Career Counselling. She aims to generate awareness and provide alternative, ‘Holistic Wellness’ treatments to pharmacotherapy, among her clients.
Ritika is a proud Army brat and loves to interact with people from all places and walks of life. She is an avid reader, a thespian and loves to travel as well. She lives in Bangalore with her mother, younger sister and an adorable, trained sniffer dog, named Duke. It is quite common to find her bringing Duke along for her therapy sessions if her clients request and require it.
